Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Conduct warm calling to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Strong negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes - Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $79,008.00 - $105,442.00 per year
