Outside Sales / Field Advisor

The Big Task
You will listen with intent to our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs AND wants. You will work within our morals and values to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

Key Sub Tasks
Being ready to take on the sales call, treating every customer with the utmost attention to establish rapport.
Determine the customers NEEDS & WANTS through a thorough evaluation.
Create estimates that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
Offer multiple options that portray the needs AND wants of the customer.
Establish trust with your customers, turning them into confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
Handle objections and CLOSE THE DEAL!
Get potential customers excited about Metro and encourage them to spread the word. We thrive on reviews!
Possess a determination to meet your goals, continually growing as an advisor.

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in HVAC sales is a plus, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding people that are willing to spend the time with customers to offer the best solutions, people that have a drive to accomplish the above tasks will be a great fit.
