ORBIS Compliance is the leading solution for regulatory expertise in Latin America for Telecom, Safety, Medical, Energy Efficiency, Battery, Take-Back & Recycling. ORBIS Compliance assists manufacturers to obtain product certifications in Latin America.
The Inside Sales Associate is ORBIS primary new customer interface. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, willing and able to efficiently cultivate and manage the full sales cycle (including cold calls) from initial contact to close. The candidate must have a successful and verifiable track record in meeting sales targets in a high tech industry or a related field.

Details:
Generate & Contact Qualified Leads
- Research potential customers and tailor engagement approach to specific customers
- Contact customer leads prospected from various sources; set up face-to-face meetings with these customers.
- Develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and team members.
- Track all activity in SalesForce in the moment.
- Provide accurate weekly sales activity updates to Sales Leadership.
- Develop client-specific presentations in order to win the business.
Build long term relationship with accounts
- Provide timely follow-up to potential customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and product experience by relying on internal legal and engineering expertise.
Grow company revenue
- Turn qualified leads into customers
- Have a detailed understanding of sales cycles, combined with a keen sense of urgency
- Provide timely quotations and careful followup to win the accounts.
Represent the Company at Industry Events
- Attend trade shows and conferences and secure new accounts.
- Assist in event setup and associated activities including logistics.
- Be comfortable having detailed conversations at a business level and drive a positive next step.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Three or more years of prior job-related experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in the use of email and internet, with a working knowledge of Apple software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.). Knowledge of SalesForce CRM is a plus.
- Highly effective tele-sales skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding phone etiquette.
- Must have strong written/verbal communication and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable working independently and routinely giving status updates to Sales Leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
