Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associates and Cashiers to join our team at Aspen Kitchens Home + Gift! Knowledge in high-quality kitchen cookware, dishware, Cutlery and premium grilling equipment is a huge bonus! As a Sales Associate or Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing expert guidance to customers and assisting them in nding the perfect products to enhance their culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities for Cashiers:

Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting each customer, assisting with inquiries, and offering product information in a courteous and helpful manner.

Process customer transactions with precision and efciency, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and other methods accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area, including regular restocking of bags, receipt paper, and other supplies.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system prociently, ensuring accurate price scanning and application of discounts or promotions.

Embrace a drama-free and collaborative work environment, working cohesively with fellow team members to achieve store goals.

Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and returns with professionalism, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. We believe in 100% service with a smile, if you can deliver that, then this job is a great t for you!

Participate in store initiatives, including special events, and upselling opportunities.

Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude while engaging with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the store.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Associates & Grill Guru:

All of the above plus the following:

We have a few positions open for Sales Associates. We are seeking 1-2 Sales Associates with strong knowledge in outdoor grilling and Komodo type Smokers. Knowledge in higher end cookware and cutlery is a huge bonus!

Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.

Demonstrate a good understanding of our range of kitchen cookware, designer dishware, and grilling equipment, highlighting their features, benets, and uses.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, guiding them through product demonstrations and explaining how different items can enhance their culinary pursuits.

Assist in visual merchandising and store layout changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualications:

High school diploma

Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Exceptional customer service skills, with an outgoing and friendly personality. Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts is required.

Drama-free approach to work, promoting a harmonious work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic computer prociency and familiarity with POS systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.

Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of up to 30 pounds. Comfortable handling and counting cash and coins.
