Jani-King of Greensboro is NOW HIRING! This is your opportunity to join the largest commercial cleaning franchise company in the World. Our Greensboro market is quickly growing and we are looking for top-notch professionals to help us grow with it.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our Jani-King of Greensboro sales force. You will be joining a group of professionals who will be focused on building and expanding the client base in our Greensboro market. Lead generation, networking, cold-calling, and presentation delivery will be a few of your other key responsibilities.

Requirements

This natural-born sales professional MUST be hard-working, self-motivated, and have a proven sales track-record. The position requires the applicant to be assertive, self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized. While our typical hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm, the applicant must be willing and prepared to work occasional nights and/or weekends if called upon.

Applicant should have excellent communication skills and not be afraid to speak in front of an audience. Must also be comfortable meeting with high-level executives and other members of management from new and existing customers.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skill set:

• Highly polished professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills including use of the internet, e-mail, and handheld inspection devices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very assertive and confident
• Extremely organized and dedicated
• Strong contract negotiation skills
• Valid Drivers License and Background Check Required

Compensation: $40,000-45,000 Salary + Aggressive Commission + Bonus + Company Potential to make $60,000-$120,000 per year with commissions and bonus structure.
