Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City based foodservice packaging company. Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for Americas mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be Americas #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.

We are looking for an Account Specialist to support our sales and sales operations team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. An Account Specialists responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, answering customers inquiries via telephone and e-mail, and entering customer orders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders received in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy

Be a consultative expert in all aspects of cups and lids including which substrate (foam, plastic, paper) to use under various circumstances

Prospecting potential customers and regaining lost customers

Coordinate with internal teams including our creative, pricing, procurement, and logistics departments to improve the entire customer experience

Adhere to documented order fulfillment processes and procedures to ensure customer shipments are made accurately, complete, and on-time

Ability to work independently as well as investigate problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints

Stay on top of marketing initiatives of large fuel brand partners to propose new product and collaborative marketing ideas

Skills

• College degree in any business function is a plus
• Work experience in customer service or account management is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and AV (ERP system) is a plus
• Full-time position, but willing to work with the right candidate if part-time schedule is needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
