Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and outgoing landscape sales person who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join our team. As a Landscape Sales Person, you will be responsible for generating construction or maintenance revenue according to company-set sales goes. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail and collaborative personal qualities.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect for sales opportunities, set and meet appointment obligations

- Communicate with owner and business manager and collaborate on sales and projects

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively according to project agreements

- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent customer service

- Assist with business development efforts by identifying potential clients and promoting our services

- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities

- Utilize technical sales skills to analyze market trends and identify areas for growth

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM software

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to develop new business opportunities

- Excellent account management abilities to maintain positive client relationships

- Proficient in outside sales techniques to drive revenue growth

- Technical sales knowledge to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities

- Experience using Landscape Pro and LMN sforce or similar CRM software for sales tracking and reporting

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in order to deliver high-quality results

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
