Full description of the position

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

Find new customers for warehousing and/or transportation and/or freight forwarding to fulfill the target amount of operational income

Deliver the rates for the inquiries of potential customers and freight forwarders

Reply the new shipment or storage inquiries of the actual customers and freight forwarders

Follow up the sent offers

Manage to enter the customer and inquiry data to the used CRM Program

Arrange new customer visits

Work on trends and market researches to develop target customers and markets

Develop weekly, monthly and yearly sales strategies

Deliver the won business to the Operation team with necessary data

Prepare the sales reports and responsible to participate the meetings and social activities those will be scheduled by the company management

Demonstrate a commitment to conduct operations in accordance with the Safety, Health & Environmental program

Annual budget planning and try the best to realize the figures

Requirements / Qualifications:

Customer centric and solution targeted mindset

Good understanding of logistics and customer needs.

Knowledge of variables for transportation methods - warehouse needs and incoterms

Ability to interact and work effectively with customer and vendors, always maintaining a high level of integrity.

Provide guidance and feedback for improving sales skills of the sales team

Education / Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales for Warehousing, Road Freight Transportation or/and Air & Sea Freight

Management Experience

Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
