Full description of the position

```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising

```Requirements:```
- Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to learn technical sales information about products
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
