Job Description Regional Sales Manager

ISOTECH Industries USA Inc. provides Guaranteed Engineered solutions and products for Vibration Isolation, Seismic Restraint Systems, Floating Floors, Engineered Pipe Thermal Expansion and Architectural Vibration Isolation systems.

ISOTECH currently has an opening for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager in its new office location in Anaheim California to expand ISOTECHs sales in the region. The ideal candidate would preferably have a potential client network to expand the business in the State of California or be well versed and experienced in the HVAC industry to reach out to potential clients to create the network and expand the business. The goal is to contribute to the overall Sales of the corporation and be in full control of its annual sales and targets for the State of California.

Salary and or commission is to be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain lists of and visit potential Mechanical and Electrical contractors to initiate/maintain relationships and create network
• Provide Lunch and learn presentation to contractors and consultants to introduce ISOTECH products and Engineering Services
• Review Specifications and work with consultants and contractors to provide proper product selections
• Discuss scope and bill of materials with contractors at tender stage to ensure price reflects correct scope
• Assist in closing or bidding large projects by phone or email on bid day
• Coordinate with ISOTECH internal estimating team to finalize Bill of Materials and quotes per negotiated scope with clients.
• Negotiate with contractors on awarded projects to obtain purchase orders
• Work with ISOTECH Marketing team to plan and direct marketing and advertising marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with contractors and provide training and guidelines on Seismic Restraining procedures for HVAC Systems
• Work with ISOTECH Sales team on strategies to meet Sales Target
• Achieve the set annual target sales defined by ISOTECH executives
• Focus on achieving sales in complete ISOTECH product line/portfolio including vibration isolation, seismic restraints, pipe thermal expansion and architectural vibration isolation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry preferably seismic restraints and vibration isolation
• Strong leadership, sales, teamwork, and communication skills
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills

Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads

• In-depth understanding of customer needs in the region
• Ability to manage departments through firm planning and decision-making methodology
• Extremely well disciplined, very dependable and organized
• Excellent computer skills required and Microsoft office knowledge
• Detail-oriented and able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Seismic & MEP Knowledge and Experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Superior customer service and communications, time management, planning & organizational skills
• Valid Drivers license is required
