```Duties```
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your duties will include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential properties for clients
- Listing and advertising properties for sale or rent
- Showing properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiating contracts and lease agreements
- Assisting clients with property inspections and appraisals
- Providing guidance and advice on real estate transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors
