Sales & Customer Service Representative (Prairieville) Responsibilities

The Sales & Customer Service Representative shall:

• Providing introductory product information to new and existing customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products
• Following up with customers or clients to check order satisfaction to create repeat business
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products to create new sales
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product and documenting customer feedback and needed follow-up actions
• Working with other sales team members and other departments to find appropriate solutions
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Ability to share work among a customer service & sales team
• Attentiveness and patience
• Time-management skills
• Ability to find the positive in any situation

Sales & Customer Service Representative (Prairieville) Education

High School diploma

Experience - MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, inside or outside

Work Schedule The Sales & Customer Service Representative works 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Sales & Customer Service Representative (Prairieville) Salary & Benefits

Starting salary is dependent on experience
