JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales and Administrative Support Team Member provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, dialoging with customers via email and over the phone, filing paperwork, retrieving packets & assisting the front office, and general research.

We are a fun, energetic and dynamic company with a growing staff. Our team works hard together and provides immediate growth opportunities within all departments.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to run or learn CRM software, answer phones, great customers/customer skills, proof read, and be very sociable.Must be outgoing, self motivated and ENTHUSIASTIC! Must have great organizational skills and be efficient with a strong emphasis on details.
