Inside Sales Coordinator

Alliance Building Material Supply is looking to add a team oriented professional with strong multitasking and organizational skills to the inside Sales Team.

Full Job Description:

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator will work in conjugation with the sales team, field staff, shipping and production to facilitate accurate and efficient order entry and task coordination. A sales coordinator generates work orders and shipping paperwork for jobs based off purchase orders from the builder and walk-sheets turned in by field staff.

Essential Functions:

Communicate between sales, shipping, production and field staff.

Order entry for doors, trim and hardware.

Coordinate and manage customer data for sales team.

Work in conjunction with shipping department to ensure accuracy in shipping paperwork and schedule.

Pay: starting at $15.00 hourly
