Senior Inside Sales Representative
SalesMuscles Client- Washington, DC or San Diego, CA

SalesMuscle is a sales consultancy that recruits and selects top sales talent, and provides coaching and sales management mentorship for its clients. SalesMuscle founder, Lou Parrague, has over thirty years experience and is an expert at recruiting top talent and creating winning teams for his clients.

SalesMuscle is retained in the search for a Senior Inside Sales Representative for an established cybersecurity company.

Duties and responsibilities

Daily duties involve a combination of sales, client interaction, and strategic planning

Prospecting and lead generation

Client meetings and presentations

Create detailed and compelling sales proposals

Secure agreements and contracts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions

Facilitate effective communication between sales and technical teams

Address any post-implementation concerns or questions

Skill Set

Proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly in the Industrial Automation, Operational Technology, and Industrial Control System sectors

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex industrial processes

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient computer skills

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience as a Sales Representative

Department of Defense and Cybersecurity experience

Background in working for a startup or high-growth technology company, a plus

Compensation

Base salary of $100,000 a year, commission up to $100,000

Travel

Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events

Additional

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident

Candidates are required to successfully undergo background checks, reference verifications, ITAR/EAR screenings, and pre-employment drug screening

Candidates must be based in the United States to be considered for the position

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
