As a Retail Sales Associate at TAP Plastics, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in unloading the delivery truck. Able to lift 25 lbs.

Experience:
- 1 year retail sales experience required
- Strong communication skills to effectively sell and communicate with customers
- Basic math skills (ability to read tape measure) for cash handling and taking custom orders
- Excellent customer service skills to facilitate repeat business

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday through Saturday between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Rate of Pay: $17.00 to start plus .50 cent increase upon completion of training.
