Job Summary

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER Are you looking for a new opportunity to maximize your skills and help others? Our Sales Representatives are licensed insurance professionals who delight customers every day by providing exceptional, personalized customer service. Through our industry-leading, paid training program, you will learn all about insurance policies and regulations, and how to best assist our customers. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and update policies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Cross-selling existing customers with other products - Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals (no cold calling) - Generating quotes - Providing excellent customer service - Relationship building

Qualifications and Skills

Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License required - Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Exceptional communication skills - Sales motivated with proven skills - Ability to multi-task. Prior (Collections, Call Center, Retail Store, or Restaurant) experience is a plus
