The Ideal Candidate will be Able to Demonstrate the Following Skill-Sets:

• Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Resolve customer objections to win business.
• Analyze customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to existing customers from our 25 year customer database.
• Find new prospective customers through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer objections.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a demonstrated problem solver. Personality and attitude that represent and consistently demonstrate a focus on creating happy customers. Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally in order to grow business and drive efficiency.

Experience with CRM / ERP programs and Microsoft 365. Experience with Business Central is a plus.

Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.

College Degree preferred but not required.

Pay: $52,437.45 - $70,000.00 per year
