We are a rapidly growing US subsidiary of a leading established international Semiconductor Fab Equipment supplier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Service Sales Engineer in Semiconductor Equipment applications. As a member of the team, you will work at our site in our Apps Lab but may also travel to customer sites.

This role requires sales-first thinking but also a good understanding of Temperature and Humidity Control Devices (THC) in the Semiconductor Manufacturing process. You will be expected to manage and maintain customer relationships by continuously staying connected to and engaged with said customer. This involves understanding customer buying cycles, monitoring the status of their fleets, and developing a roadmap for upgrading their systems. The objective of this role is customer penetration and customer management. The ideal candidate will understand what we should be targeting to get penetration and have the network in place to get this done.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand our THC products
• Maintain a good relationship with the customer with frequent communication
• Understand customer requirements and buying cycles
• Come up with a roadmap for upgrading systems
• Keep tabs on the status of customer fleet to project when work will be needed
• Develop a concise plan for customer penetration
• Document detailed records and reports as required report/present back status to internal stakeholders and customers including problems and solutions and help need
• Support developing training materials, manuals, tech bulletins, and other relevant materials
• Job location is Fremont, CA with some travel to be potentially required

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of Sales experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• A developed network of Semiconductor industry contacts to drive penetration
• Good understanding on how to work on semiconductor process and equipment in a fab or at a semiconductor equipment supplier
• Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Sound knowledge of thermal/refrigeration principles and basic electro-mechanical theory is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year depending on qualifications/experience
