Northwest Forklift has been locally owned and operated since 1976. Northwest Forklift is in the process of substantial growth, and we are seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships for the service & parts department in our north and southside territory. Unlimited earning potential!

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years prior outside sales experience
Cold calling on new businesses is a must
Regular onsite visits to new and existing customers in order to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to be able to establish new accounts
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience with material handling equipment and/or a mechanical background is a plus!
Must have reliable transportation and good driving record for area travel

Compensation: Base + Commission, Monthly vehicle allowance, Medical, Dental, Vacation, Sick, 401K & Profit Sharing
