We are expanding our team!

National Ladder & Scaffold Co. is a fourth generation, family owned and operated business since 1935. We supply quality construction and safety products to our local industry and ecommerce marketplace. We are a growing company seeking to add an additional Ecommerce sales associate to join our sales team selling industrial construction supplies.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Representative who will:

• Effectively and consistently use consultative selling skills.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and outgoing selling style.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate internally regarding proposal development and customer support.
• Provide problem solving solutions for our customers inquiries.
• Effectively manage online orders, leads, and inquiries daily.
• Enter orders into ERP system, charge customers accordingly.
• Learn product offering and related pricing.
• Maintain an elevated level of professionalism & communication skills.
• Support the Counter/Show Room sales team as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, contracting, or safety related industries (preferred not required).
• Sales experience (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent follow through and detailed skill set.
• Strong Computer Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time, M-F with occasional 3-hour weekend shift scheduled in advance.

• Rotating weekends (approx. 1 per month pre-scheduled)
