AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL COUNTER SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Summary: Responsible for data entry of orders, quotations, invoicing and providing customer service by performing the following duties.

• Answer phone for Romaine Electric, Portland Location. Screen and determine if the call will be handled by Customer Service, or routed to other more appropriate department

• Initiate invoice for customer. Utilize computer programs to look up parts. Enter appropriate parts information on invoice for customer on the computer. Print invoice. Call vendor or other stores if parts are unavailable.

• . Check in stock orders and put into inventory. Should be able to lift up to 60lbs.periodically.

• Interfaces with customers regarding new and existing orders by faxing or calling customers to verify all order information for accuracy. Print orders and have pulled for type of delivery.

• Mechanical experience a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
