Valex Corp is looking for a Sales Project Assistant to join it Sales team in Ventura, CA. The primary duties for the position include data entry, maintaining spreadsheets for shipment tracking, and generating quality documentation packets for project shipments.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. They must also have great written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and good attention to detail. Prior experience in a sales/shipping environment is a plus. This is an hourly, non-exempt position and the pay range is $20-$22/hr depending on experience.
