Job Summary: As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our professional pressure washing services directly to residential customers. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned residential areas to engage potential customers interested in professional pressure washing services.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about the benefits of our pressure washing services, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with potential customers, establishing trust and credibility.

Listen attentively to customers' requirements and provide tailored pressure washing solutions that meet their individual needs.

Handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers, offering appropriate solutions and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying target areas, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competition.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.

Follow up with potential customers promptly, providing accurate information, quotes, and proposals to secure sales.

Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a track record of closing sales and meeting targets.

Ability to work independently and self-motivate, while also being a team player.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports.

A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $72,675.00 - $84,087.00 per year
