EZ Solar & Roofing is looking for Sales Manager to run our Sales department.

EZ Solar & Roofing, a family-owned and operated business is seeking a local Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts. With significant investments in our marketing, were set for growth and require a sales manager that matches our ambition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local roofing & solar market and a strong network within the San Diego and surrounds areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow our market presence locally through online marketing strategies, networking, organic leads, and walk-ins and execute or secrete sales sauce on a daily basis.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local clients and industry partners, enhancing our community presence and engagement.

• Analyze local market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the local market, with a strong background in new business development in construction, solar and roofing.

• Exceptional leadership and networking skills, capable of building a sales team with local talent or leveraging an existing network.

• Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving local business growth.

• Familiarity with the roofing, solar or construction industry.
