We are a family-owned Jewelry Store for over 30 years. We take pride in creating a memorable experience for clients and we are Ventura County's most trusted jeweler. Our store has items for every budget. We carry a vast variety of natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as colored gemstones.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Jewelry Consultant at Jewelry Couture by Sehati in Ventura, CA. The Jewelry Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in making jewelry selections, providing excellent customer service, creating a positive customer experience, and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years customer service in retail
• A friendly and approachable demeanor
• Jewelry Lover
• Knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage
• someone who has a steady and consistent history in employment is highly preferred

Jewelry Consultants should possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. The role requires prior experience in a retail sales position and a friendly, approachable demeanor that helps build relationships with customers. A candidate with knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
