We're looking for self-driven individuals who are "A" players and want to make a great living. Insurance experience is NOT necessary. Our training is top-notch, and personalized to take care of getting you up to speed. We want to to talk to you to ensure we can offer you what you're looking for.

Primary Job Functions & Activities

Achieve goals and measurables by taking our incoming customer calls, walk-ins, and requests that trickle in, and provide the best customer service we can provide.

Ensure that the Mercer Agency Service process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

Accountable for managing follow up and pipelines with all prospects.

Accountable for accurate underwriting and application guidelines.

Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written.

We are a drug free office

The right person will need to obtain a property and casualty insurance license that requires 40 class hours of study then a state exam, which you will be reimbursed for at 90 days of employment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
