Responsibilities:

As an Auto Sales/Customer Service Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through an enjoyable vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create a vehicle purchasing experience that they never thought possible in this industry. You want to build such a friendship that they come back to you with all buying needs for life, bringing their friends and family along the way. You will assist as a professional to direct them to a vehicle that actually fits their lifestyle. Training will be provided you can confidently explain products and the benefits of them.

Present feature, function, and benefits, model options, purchase and finance options

Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with current, past, and future customers. Always follow through with promises made to customers

Track customers using data base provided

Stay on top of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses online and in person.

Qualifications:

Experience in any sales a plus, but not required. Auto sales a definite bonus

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills with some skills and working knowledge of computers.

Self-motivated with the ability to set, track, and achieve targeted goals.

Acceptable driving record and valid drivers license.
