Sales Associate Qualifications:

• One year or more of client-facing sales experience is a PLUS!!!
• Insurance License and Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of dependability, honesty, values, and consistency.
• Must be coachable, motivated, disciplined, determined, and focused.
• Written, verbal, listening skills and phone etiquette is a MUST!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Able to work successfully in a team environment.
• Present and sell insurance solutions to individuals and businesses throughout Texas.
• Explain, demonstrate, and sell the benefits of our services to new leads.
• Exceed agency and customers expectations.
• Stay up to date with our policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Accomplish monthly high sales goals.
• Be willing and able to work hard and play hard (have fun) while doing it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
