In-Home Sales Design Consultant

We are looking for High Energy Design Consultants to help consumers with replacing their Baths / Showers in the Kansas City area and surrounding. ( Ability to travel directly from home to appointments after training ) Cross training is available for our Kitchen remodeling, Windows, Siding, & Door replacement divisions.

Experience within in-home sales is not necessary, full training and guidance/support is provided. If you are outgoing, willing to learn and have the drive to be successful. Then we are the company for you, with great opportunities to be successful with high earning potential!

We have offices in Wichita, Kansas, Olathe KS/KC, Oklahoma City & Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, we cover Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are growing at a rapid pace!

In-home Sales Consultants Role and Responsibilities.

• In-home consultations for our residential customers.
• Assist homeowners with their current issues and help identify the best. solutions/products that best fits their needs.
• Deliver a proven industry leading sales presentation to our consumers
• Close the Sale
• Attend professional paid training
• Be Coachable ( 1% Better Everyday Mentality )
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• No Cold Calling!
• All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified for you.

Compensation For Sales Consultants.

• Commission + Bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
