Through sales training, team building, and professional development the Sales and Marketing Representative plays an integral role in our businesss success.

Our clients are outsourced by some of the most prestigious brands in the home improvement and home entertainment industries. We are able to provide professionally trained sales and marketing teams to reach their target market of customers through a relationship-based approach.

We are looking for talented and personable people who can help us meet current expansion demands from our clients. Additionally, The Real Solution is looking for entry-level individuals that can advance into our management development program and extend our clients reach through on going training and professional development.

Sales and Marketing Representative are responsible for:

• Meeting with new and existing consumers
• Understanding product knowledge
• Face to face sales presentations
• Sales applications and account management
• Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
• Creating a positive experience for our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,250.00 per week
