Job Description:
BlueTone Media Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in the Wilmington, NC area. As an Account Executive, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve identifying potential leads, understanding their needs, and tailoring our solutions to meet and exceed their expectations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by networking with local groups.
- Identify and develop new business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads from our CRM system and other sources.
- Present our company's products and services to new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions to address their challenges.
- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or under minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with the desire to succeed in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment with diverse backgrounds or outside of company.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Consultative selling.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Willing to make cold calls.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
