Full description of the position

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all customers, including the following:

Duties:
- Receive and process packages for shipment
- Prepare files for printing
- Help customers with notary services
- Operate cash register and POS system to complete shipment transactions
- Help our customers by providing information on our products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Skills:
- Retail sales experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Friendly, helpful, responsible, professional, and reliable person

Qualifications:
- English fluency
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work either a full-time or part-time schedule M-F and occasionally weekends

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
