Position Summary:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between Moving Station and real estate brokerages/agents, fostering strong relationships and building a network of "champion" agents who embrace QuickBuy.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by:
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams at partner brokerages to create win-win initiatives.
Equip agents with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently present QuickBuy to their clients.
Identify and cultivate key individuals within partner companies who champion QuickBuy and drive its adoption.
Represent QuickBuy at industry events and leverage your expertise to generate leads and secure listings.
Your Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Active residential real estate license.
Bachelor's degree (ideally in a business/communications-related field).
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or territorial sales (real estate industry preferred).
Proven track record of building strong client relationships, problem solving and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovative solutions.
Experience managing teams and working effectively under pressure.
Extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a sales CRM platform (preferred).
Ability to work onsite/hybrid in our downtown Chicago office.
