About us
Integrity Insurance Group is a locally & veteran owned & operated small insurance brokerage focusing on service Medicare Recipients in the greater Northeastern Oklahoma area.
Offering insurance products such as, but not limited to: Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans, Stand Alone Drug Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, Life Insurance & Annuities through multiple 5 star and A-rated companies, we seek to educate, enroll & retain our clientele in an effort to help position our clients to make informed decisions regarding their health, life insurance & wealth protection.
We are growing & seek to hire sales talent to help extend our services to all Medicare Recipients in the state of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist with sales tasks, such as processing needs analysis and quoting as well as managing customer accounts
- Collaborate with the outside inside team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, as well as licensing, certifications & continuing education and training requirements
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines for handling sensitive customer information
- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools
