Insurance Producer of Property & Casualty Insurance

This position involves selling auto, homeowner, condo, renters, boat, etc., insurance; as well as servicing and maintaining our
existing clients. (No cold calling)

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess and Understand Clients' insurance needs for Personal Lines, including Auto, Home, and other personal coverages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Upsell products and services to increase revenue
Process policy changes, endorsements, efficiently and accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:
Insurance Producer license (Property & Casualty License) preferred, OR must pass the Property & Casualty exam within 3 months of hire date
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Experience with insurance sales is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,236.00 per year
