Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients from our database, introduce them to our products/services, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales representatives. This role serves as a crucial stepping stone for individuals interested in transitioning to a full-fledged sales role, as it includes comprehensive training to develop the skills needed to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided database.

- Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges.

- Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives to further discuss solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

- Participate in regular training sessions to learn about our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.

- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.

- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.

- Bachelor's degree

- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
