Full description of the position

Welcome and greet customers in person, over the phone, or electronically, learn about their project and needs, and help guide them to their perfect floor.

Stay knowledgeable and current about product specifications, requirements, and limitations.

Respond to questions and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.

Build relationships with associated professionals, contractors, property managers, realtors, and other partners to increase likelihood of referrals and repeat business.

Input data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Coordinate with installer as needed and generate estimates, accept orders, and place Purchase Orders with Vendors.

Track the progress of Customers projects and ensure material arrives on schedule.

Pickup and deliver orders as needed.

Assist with other projects and tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
