Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner in an upbeat atmosphere
• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-42 hours per week for full-time
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience
• Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 40 per week
