Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Roofing Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers a lucrative six-figure income potential through commission-based sales. As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will have access to our proven training system, full office support, and ample opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and other networking groups.
• Conduct presentations to potential customers.
• Educate clients on our roofing solutions, addressing their concerns and providing tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and project managers to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance adjusting, project management, window and roofing sales (in-home, door-to-door).
• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
