Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maximizing sales opportunities. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly labeled
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to speak English fluently; multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
