Full description of the position

Our Retail Sales Representative presents products and services to current and potential clients and obtains commitment. Monitors the quality and timeliness consistency of product and service delivery and acts as an advocate for the client within the company. Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing initiatives. Independently identifies new sales prospects. Prepare and delivers presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develops and maintain sales materials. Keeps current on product or service features and maintains awareness of competitive strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge of sales promotion techniques in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills is required.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is recommended as our Retail Sales Representatives will rotate through our store locations to ensure proper staffing coverage and give our employees an equal opportunity at success.

**Front line sales position starts at $17 per hour and is based on candidate's experience**

**Lucrative Uncapped Compensation Plan**

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
