Seiler Tucker Inc. is seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Account Representative to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the Sales will be to prospect for new opportunities, engage new and existing clients who wish to either buy or sell a business, offer clients a range of services including evaluations, business coaching, software, artificial intelligence (AI), and other M&A services.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years selling to B2B clients, display great people skills, know how to close 6-7 figure + deals, generate his/her own leads, and have 3 years minimum business experience particularly in high level deals (6 -7 Figure +). The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to prospect for new and existing clients and self-generate leads
- Identify potential customers who are interested in buying a business or selling their businesses
- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Offer clients a range of services including evaluation and business coaching, software, AI, and other M&A Services
- Conduct presentations to clients and manage the sales process from start to finish
- Collaborate with the marketing and financial analyst team to develop effective sales materials
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build and manage productive business professional relationships and pipelines
- Maintain and Provide accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company and stay up to date on market trends and industry developments.
- Create, Track, and Execute on KPIs leading to customer and company success
- Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
- Identify and create alignment for sellers and buyers
- Review buyer and seller contract revisions
- Manage and maintain CRM
- Build and manage lead sales pipeline with CRM
- Liaison with Financial Analysts and Buyer and Sellers
Sales Requirements:
- M&A Advisor or Business Broker Experience (Preferred)
- Experience making hundreds of telemarketing and outdoor cold calls weekly
- Minimum of consecutive 3 years of sales experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
- Experience selling to B2B clients with 6-7+ figure sales transactions
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Excellent communication an interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-reliant, Self-motivated, and driven
- Ability to travel if (Minimal Travel)
- Sales Industry Experience: Heavy Equipment, Commercial Insurance, Francise, and Mortgage Sales (preferred)
- New Orleans Metro Area
- Experience managing and building a sales pipeline
- Business Savvy: Business and financials
- Florida (Remote)

Compensation Package: Six Figures (Salary, Bonus, Commissions)

Experience:

- Merger & Acquisition Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Business Broker Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Commercial Insurance Sales or similar

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
