This opportunity is only for top performing sales reps who want to step up and finally earn what they're worth. Earning a 6-figure income at Better Colorado is the bare bones minimum, but you have the potential to earn more than just big commissions selling roofs. You have the unique ability to build, lead, and grow your own sales team. You can expect exclusive in-house training from multi-million dollar producers in roofing, from reps who have done it year after year and are still actively selling today. Better Colorado will also provide quality leads to you as theyre generated, these are inspection appointments that are scheduled from outbound and inbound telemarketing efforts. We invest a ton of time, money, and resources into everyone we recruit, to ensure they have everything they need to crush their goals.

Job Responsibilities

Complete onboarding and training

Target areas impacted by hail damage leveraging provided tools and resources

Self-generated deals are a requirement, while we do provide leads (at a cost) you are expected to generate the vast majority of your own through D2D prospecting

Act as an advocate for the customer throughout the sales cycle

Setters are allowed; you can bring your own to be vetted and trained through Better Colorado or we will supply them (at a cost)

Have a go-getter attitude and be a team player

We want you to eventually build out your own team so youre no longer having to spend your time prospecting at an individual contributors level and can scale financially

Manage jobsites, resources, communications, and the customer experience

Job Requirements

Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds, you will be responsible for moving extension ladders

3 Years of D2D experience (roofing sales preferred)

Valid Drivers License

Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or SUV)

Strong ethics or moral compass

Working smartphone

SSN or EIN (we will assist if you dont already have a formal business established)

Compensation

100% Commission

1099 Position

Average rep earnings: $270k

Recoverable Draw Available

Pay: $175,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
