What Will You Do?
Customer Service:
- Be the initial contact point for incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Responsively manage and address customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service in every interaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up, leaving a lasting mark on every interaction.
Showroom Coverage:
- Maintain a consistent and welcoming presence in the showroom during business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Engage and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing detailed and helpful information about our products and services.
- Ensure the showroom ambiance aligns with a customer-focused approach, maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Lead Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads within the CRM system, emphasizing precision and thoroughness.
- Ensure all lead-related data reflects a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Appointment Coordination:
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team and job site estimator efficiently, aligning with customer preferences and team availability.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth scheduling and resource allocation.
Project Management Support:
- Provide reliable support to the project manager, contributing to effective project coordination and workflow efficiency.
- Actively collaborate with the project manager to address challenges and maintain a seamless project lifecycle.
- Submit permits for projects as needed by the project manager.
Material Orders and Inventory Management:
- Place material orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery and meticulous attention to order details.
- Regularly conduct inventory audits to manage stock levels and maintain updated records.
What Will It Take?
- Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a related role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and information.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Knowledge of fencing products and services is advantageous, but not required.
- Flexibility to occasionally offer support outside regular showroom hours.
