**Training salary $60,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through coaching and developing sales professionals
• Responsible for your teams excellent customer service
• Manage local marketing outreach efforts
• Ensure the showroom and exterior of the building is clean and professional
• Manage your store staff, scheduling and aid in recruiting
• Partner with logistics teams to assist coordinating product deliveries/installations
• Advise inventory teams and help with basic accounting reconciliation
