The Taverna Collection is looking for self-motivated, high performing Sales Professionals who have a desire to learn. Your job is to contact customers with high volume, high quality reach outs, build rapport, close the deal, and ensure a smooth delivery of the vehicle.
Receive 300+ unique leads a month! OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $11k/month and 70% of Sales and Finance Executives achieve or exceed OTE within 12 months on the role.
We are The Taverna Collection ([please apply online] an auto dealership specializing in European and luxury vehicles. We have a unique model - we sell more cars out of state (sight unseen) than any other dealership in Florida that has a physical storefront.
The right candidate is hungry, willing to learn new processes and tactics, willing to reach out to customers with high volume of touchpoints and high quality of communication, and has the determination and resiliency to overcome objections.
Responsibilities:
- Respond with high quality tailored reachouts and follow up with significant lead volumes in addition to in person walk ins
- Complete 30 calls, emails, texts, and 15 personalized videos at minimum per day
- Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
- Work with a Sales & Finance Director to ensure all customers are able to secure financing and stipulations are collected for a loan
Qualifications:
- Must be a high performing Sales Professional no matter the industry with recent proof of performance
- Flexible schedule weekend and evening hours required Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
- Excellent communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
