Full description of the position
Description:
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across Westone's diverse product lines. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to expand Westone's Distribution business globally and domestically. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with international customers, identifying growth opportunities through distribution channels, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales from Westone International customers, proactively identifying growth opportunities through Distribution channel product expansion.
- Pursue new sales opportunities from assigned customers and channels, utilizing data to identify trends and personalize outreach efforts.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and the Customer Experience team, ensuring seamless communication and support during peak call times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering additional products or assistance as needed, and coordinating with internal resources for solutions.
- Process Distribution of product orders through various channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Provide technical support and fitting recommendations to audiologists and dispensers, contributing to increased revenue.
- Be a subject matter expert in Westone's internal business systems related to Sales and customer service.
- Stay informed about new products and contribute ideas to the Product and Process Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales processes, customer transactions, and order statuses, providing opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Address account discrepancies, research and verify issues, and take appropriate action.
- Demonstrate expertise in Westone products and warranties to effectively answer inquiries and identify up-sell opportunities.
- Correspond with customers via various platforms and occasionally travel as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience in an administrative or accounting position.
- Sales-minded with a proven track record of continuous growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Spanish language skills are desirable.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Electronic Mail applications.
