Full description of the position

Business Development Manager (Fremont)

Apacer is a world-leading supplier specializing in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial solid-state drives (SSD), consumer digital products, and memory modules.

We have immediate opening for full time, business development position with future growth and prospects. The major task of this position is to provide SSD and memory solution to various vertical applications requirement. You may visit our website for more information. ([please apply online] Generate and drive new accounts to successful engagements

Lead account management from the point to first contact to final onboarding

Articulate company strengths and craft a solution based upon customers needs

Lead successful marketing pitches, RFQs and eventual design awards

Lead contract negotiations and eventually manage sales operations

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails

Build long-term trusting relationships with customers

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls with (prospective) customers

Report to the Sales Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Stay up-to-date with new products/services/pricing/ project details/ payment status into

CRM.

Travels are required for trade shows and customers visit.

Qualifications:

BS/BA graduated and above.

5 years IT related sales experience. With Computer hardware knowledge and/ or with

components design-in experience.

Familiar with B2B e-Commerce business is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Business Development

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to perform multi-task projects in dynamic

environment.

Well organized, self-motivated, optimistic, and detail oriented.

* Proficiency with office S/W computer skill.
* Excellent English in speaking and writing.
* Chinese mandarin speaking is a plus, but not a must.
* Eligible working permit is required.
