Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is welcome
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Proven sales experience is beneficial
